目的:探讨孕宫1号联合西药保守治疗异位妊娠的有效性与安全性.方法:选择61例异位妊娠患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(31例),对照组采用甲氨蝶呤(MTX)肌注+米非司酮口服治疗,观察组在上述基础上联合中药方剂孕宫1号,比较两组治疗有效性与安全性.结果:观察组治愈率(90.32％)明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);阴道流血、腹痛、包块消失、血β-hGG转阴、住院时间、不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:孕宫1号辅助西药保守治疗可有效缓解患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率.“,”Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of pregnant house No.1 combined with western medicine in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Sixty-one patients with ectopic pregnancy were divided into control group (30 patients) and observation group (31 patients) according to random number table; the patients in control group were treated with intramuscular injection of methotrexate and oral administration of mifepristone; while the patients in observation group were treated with intramuscular injection of methotrexate,oral administration of mifepristone,and pregnant house No.1; the efficacies and safeties in the two groups were compared.Results:The cure rate in observation group was 90.32％,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group (P＜0.05) ;the incidence rates of vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain,lumps disappear,conversion rate of blood [β-human chorionic gonadotropin ([β-HGG),hospitalization time,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Pregnant house No.1 combined with western medicine can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve treatment effect,reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions.
