即便是年末出现供地潮,也不足以改变全年土地市场的整体疲软状况2012年12月19日,北京市国土资源局宣布,暂停农展馆北路8号0304-622地块(以下简称农展馆地块)住宅混合公建用地项目挂牌出让活动。但具体原因没有说明,只表示“因故暂停”。
