一、问题的提出我厂锻造车间装有一台一吨汽锤,锤杆直径φ127mm,长1960mm,材质45号钢,以前不做热处理,使用寿命为5个月,曾试用加粗直径的方法延长寿命,效果不显著。通过观察分析,发现锤杆断口不是一次形成的,一部分为陈旧疲劳断口痕迹;另一部分为突然断裂的脆性断口,显然这不是由于锤杆的静强度不够引起的破坏,是属于多次冲击疲劳破坏。
