The concept of self-organization originated from thermodynamics research and was formally proposed by Prigogine, a Nobel Prize Laureate in the theory of dissipative structure. Later it triggered more extensive and widespread attention in the natural sciences and social sciences. In short, self-organization is an open system that evolves under a simple rule based on a unified vision. Self-organization accords with the spirit of the times of equality, democracy, openness, sharing, centering and networking in the Internet era and has a vast imagination space. Traditional organizations mainly focus on vertical control as the “organizational” system. Resources and power are concentrated like pyramids. Self-organization consists of many equally distributed individual units, its greatest charm is that does not require a fixed center
