对包钢9号、10号焦炉工程配煤罐的钢渣垫层地基进行了工程设计与施工研究。利用钢渣废料进行大面积深厚地基处理,基坑面积170.5 m×82.5 m,垫层厚度9.0 m,配煤罐基础的基底压力达480 kPa。分析钢渣的游离CaO的影响,及其水化物的胶结作用;陈放5年以上的钢渣其pH值为6,对钢筋腐蚀影响较小。基坑采用分层分段开挖,施工分Ⅰ/Ⅱ层回填,经检测符合设计要求。平板静载荷试验钢渣地基承载力特征值fak=700 kPa,变形模量E0=60 MPa。试验结果符合设计要求。
Engineering design and construction research on the steel slag bedding foundation of the coal blending tank of No. 9 and No. 10 coke oven project of Baotou Steel was carried out.
