虎年春节,全国各地的楼市出现了“冷”、“热”两种极端景象。受高房价和系列楼市调控政策出台影响,北京、上海等一线城市楼市春寒料峭,而号称“价值洼地”的长沙、成都等二、三线城市楼市却迎来了开门红。有关专家表示,目前调控政策风声趋紧,而二、三线城市的房地产市场泡沫还比较小。因此,无论是为了规避风险,还是发掘潜在的盈利空间,房地产投资转向二、三线中心城市都蕴涵着较大商机。
Year of the Tiger Spring Festival, the property market across the country appeared “cold ”, “hot ” two extreme scenes. Affected by the high prices and the series of property market control policies, the property market in first-tier cities such as Beijing and Shanghai was chilly in spring, while the property markets in second and third tier cities such as Changsha and Chengdu, which are known as “value depressions”, ushered in a good start. Experts said that the tightening tone of regulatory policies, and second and third tier cities in the real estate market bubble is still relatively small. Therefore, whether it is to circumvent the risk or to explore potential profit margins, real estate investment in the second and third tier cities are implicated in greater business opportunities.
