伴随时代飞速的发展,家庭和社会对学校教育提出越来越高的要求,这对班主任工作带来更大的压力。而正值青春期的初中生,逆反心理很强,情感上极不成熟,班级德育颇有难度。在担任班主任的过程中,我积极主动地学习和探讨,发现给学生足够的赏识和信任,能够帮助我们通往成功教育的境界。在脚踏实地的实践和改进中,我逐渐形成属于自己有效的德育风格,在润泽学生心灵的同时,也感受着教育人的满足与幸福。 With the rapid development of the times, families and the community have put higher and higher demands on school education, putting more pressure on the class teacher. Positive adolescence junior high school students, strong reverse psychology, emotionally immature class quite difficult moral education. As a teacher in charge of my class, I actively study and explore, and found that giving students enough appreciation and trust can help us to the successful education of the state. In down-to-earth practice and improvement, I gradually form their own effective moral style, while moisturizing students’ minds, but also feel the education of people’s satisfaction and happiness.
