施工合同的签订是项目全过程施工管理的前提和基础。它不仅依据现行的法律、法规,包括建筑法、合同法和招标投标法以及相关的规范和标准性文件进行签订,而且调解施工合同各主体之间不对等的利益关系。此外,在企业生产经营过程中应对发生的各种耗费,包括广义成本控制的成本预测、计划、分析、日常控制和考核等一系列环节;狭义施工阶段的成本进行控制。
The signing of the construction contract is the precondition and basis of construction management of the whole project.
