百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。教师是学校发展的根本,没有教师的发展,一所学校是无法发展的,学生的发展也就失去了外在条件。因而,建立一支高素质的教师队伍是教育事业可持续发展的首要条件。我们黄梅县杉木乡地处鄂东农村,教师业务素质、办学条件等方面相对薄弱。作为中心学校,在课程改革的浪潮中,为了办好让人满意的教育,实现农村中小学的可持续发展,我们做了一些尝试与探讨:抓学习促观念的更新,抓反思促行为的跟进,抓互助促素质的提高。

We Cimici Cedar Township is located in rural areas of eastern Hubei, teachers, business quality, school conditions and other aspects of the relatively weak. As a center school, we have tried and explored the tide of curriculum reform in order to provide satisfactory education and achieve the sustainable development of primary and secondary schools in rural areas. We tried our best to improve the learning and promoting the concept, Progressive, grasp each other to promote the improvement of quality.
