目的建立羧甲基纤维素螯合分离-丁二酮肟光度法测定人发中痕量镍的方法。方法利用羧甲基纤维素和镍形成的螯合物在水溶液和丙酮中的溶度差分离富集痕量镍,分离后的镍采用丁二酮肟光光度法测定。结果方法线性范围为0.015~3.5μg/ml,检出限为0.010μg/ml,相对标准偏差为0.73%。回收率分别为96.4%~103.2%,RSD为1.04%~2.45%。与原子吸收法相比,差异无统计学意义。结论该方法具有操作简单、快速、不需大型仪器、成本低廉等优点,适用于人发中痕量镍的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of trace nickel in human hair by carboxymethyl cellulose chelation separation - dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometry. Methods The chelate complex formed by carboxymethyl cellulose and nickel was enriched in trace nickel by differential solubility in aqueous solution and acetone, and the separated nickel was measured by dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometry. Results The linear range of the method was 0.015 ~ 3.5μg / ml with the detection limit of 0.010μg / ml and the relative standard deviation of 0.73%. The recoveries were 96.4% ~ 103.2%, RSD was 1.04% ~ 2.45%. Compared with the atomic absorption method, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple, rapid, without large equipment, low cost, suitable for the determination of trace nickel in human hair.
