目的：观察不同剂量的滋阴益气活血复方对糖尿病大鼠肾脏功能及血脂的影响，并探讨其机理。方法：随机分组大鼠糖尿病模型，再给予不同剂量的滋阴益气活血复方，并观察血糖、尿量、血 Cr、 ALB、尿β 2MG等指标。结果：滋阴益气活血复方能有效地降低血 Cr、β 2MG的排泄量，升高血 ALB含量，使血清中 TG、 TC的高状态得到改善（ P ＜0.05)。加大滋阴益气药物剂量的复方与常规剂量复方相比较，其治疗效果并无显著性差异，降TG效果明显低于常规剂量组。结论：滋阴益气活血复方对糖尿病有一定的防治作用，加大滋阴益气药物剂量进行短期治疗，并不能有效地增强疗效。
Objective: To observe the effects of different doses of Ziyin Yiqi Huoxue Compound on renal function and blood lipids in diabetic rats, and to explore the mechanism. METHODS: Rats were randomly divided into diabetic models, and then given different doses of Ziyin Yiqi Huoxue compound, and blood glucose, urine volume, blood Cr, ALB, urinary β 2MG and other indicators. Results: Ziyinyiqihuoxue compound can effectively reduce the excretion of blood Cr and β 2MG, increase blood ALB content, and improve the high state of serum TG and TC (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of the combination of the compound prescriptions for increasing the dose of Yin and Qi and the conventional dose, and the effect of lowering TG was significantly lower than that of the conventional dose group. Conclusion: Ziyin Yiqi Huoxue Compound has some preventive and therapeutic effects on diabetes. Increasing the dose of Ziyin Qi and Qi and taking short-term treatment can not effectively enhance the curative effect.
