卷柏制剂止血作用实验观察的结果表明:以200％卷柏注射液给小鼠iPO.2ml/10g,其凝血时间明显缩短,与空白对照组比较(P<0.01)差异具有非常显著意义;另以卷柏炭喂饲小鼠8天后,测定凝血时间也明显缩短,与空白对照组比较(P<0.01),两组差异亦有非常显著意义。卷柏对家兔凝血酶原时间的影响,虽给药后较给药前缩短,但统计学处理结果为(P>0.05),差异无显著意义。对离体兔耳血管灌流的实验结果为给卷柏后灌流量减少不明显,说明无血管收缩作用。
The experimental observation of the hemostatic effect of Selaginella communis showed that the clotting time was significantly shortened when iPO.2ml/10g was given to the mice with 200% Semen spp. Injection, and there was significant difference between the control group and the control group (P<0.01); After 8 days of feeding the mice with Selaginella charcoal, the clotting time was also significantly shortened, compared with the blank control group (P<0.01), and the difference between the two groups was also very significant. The effect of Selaginella on the prothrombin time of rabbits was shorter than that before administration but statistically significant (P>0.05). The difference was not significant. The experimental results of vascular perfusion of rabbit ear in vitro showed that the reduction of irrigation flow after Selaginella was not obvious, indicating no vasoconstriction.
