第一条本条例係遵照中央人民政府委员会所颁佈之省各界人民代表会议组織通则订定之。第二条山西省各界人民代表会议,由省人民政府呈请中央人民政府批准召集之。第三条山西省各界人民代表会议的参加单位及代表名额,山省人民政府与省各界人民代表会议筹备委员会(以下简稱筹委会)共同商定。在山西省各界人民代表会议协商委员会(以下简稱协商委员会)成立后,由省人民政府与协商委员会共同商定。代表名额,以三百五十人至四百五十人为限。第四条山西省各界人民代表会议代表资格:凡反对帝国主义、封建主义、官僚资本主义,赞成人民政协共同纲领,年满十八岁之人民,除
Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the General Rules for the Organization of People’s Representatives and Departments of Various Departments promulgated by the Central People’s Government Committee. Article 2 The people’s congress of all walks of life in Shanxi Province shall be submitted to the Central People’s Government for approval by the provincial people’s government. Article 3 The units and their representatives participating in the people’s congress of all walks of life in Shanxi Province, the people’s government of Shandong Province and the preparatory committee of the people’s congress of all circles in the province (hereinafter referred to as the Preparatory Committee) shall jointly agree. After the establishment of the Consultative Committee of People’s Deputies of Shanxi Province (hereinafter referred to as the Consultative Committee), the Provincial People’s Government and the Consultative Committee jointly agreed.
