介绍了郑煤集团二七分公司瓦斯防治预评价的主要做法,通过对瓦斯防治预评价,提前辨识采掘工作面瓦斯防治方面存在的隐患,提前研究、制订防治和处理各种隐患的安全技术措施,强化责任,严格落实,形成预先评价-辨识重大隐患-过程重点监控-最终消除隐患的闭环管理系统,把隐患消灭在萌芽状态,达到应有的评价防治效果,保障采掘工作面安全生产。
This paper introduces the main practices of pre-evaluation of gas prevention and control of Zhengqi Group’s 27th Branch, preliminarily evaluates the gas prevention and control, identifies the hidden dangers in gas prevention and control of the mining face ahead of schedule, studies in advance and formulates the safety technical measures for prevention and treatment of various hidden dangers , Strengthen the responsibility, strictly implement and form a closed-loop management system of pre-evaluation-identification of major hidden dangers-process focus monitoring-final elimination of hidden dangers, eliminate the hidden dangers in the bud, achieve the proper evaluation of prevention and control effects and ensure the safe production of mining face.
