目的 调查新疆维吾尔族血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)基因I/D多态性分布及其血清ACE水平的相关性。方法 通过两次聚合酶链反应测定 81例健康维吾尔族ACE基因。结果 所有被调查的 81例健康维吾尔族人ACE基因中 ,DD型占2 5 9%,DI型占 48 1%,II型占 2 5 9%,D与I等位基因出现频率均为 0 5 0。 3种基因型中 ,DD型个体ACE水平最高 ,DI型者次之 ,II型者最低 ,有统计学意义。结论 维吾尔族ACE基因DD型为 2 5 9%。ACE基因DD型与血清ACE水平显著相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,维吾尔族ACE基因的DD型同其他民族一样可能通过影响ACE水平而导致心血管疾病发病。
Objective To investigate the distribution of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene I / D polymorphism and its serum ACE level in Xinjiang Uygur nationality. Methods 81 cases of healthy Uighur ACE gene were determined by two polymerase chain reaction. Results Among all the 81 Uygur cases, the DD genotype accounted for 259%, the DI genotype 481%, the genotype II 25.5%, and the frequencies of D and I allele were all 0 50 . Among the three genotypes, DD genotype had the highest ACE level, followed by DI genotype, while genotype II genotype had the lowest statistic significance. Conclusion The ACE genotype DD of Uygur nationality is 259%. DD genotype of ACE gene was significantly correlated with serum ACE level (P <0 05). The DD genotype of Uygur ACE gene, like other ethnic groups, may affect the level of ACE and lead to the development of cardiovascular disease.
