党的十五大以后,政治、经济、文化等各个方面的改革开放力度进一步加大,这给民政工作又一次提供了新的机遇。针对工作中存在的问题,抓住机遇,加快改革,才能把内蒙古自治区民政事业的发展推向一个新阶段。今后内蒙古自治区民政工作改革和发展的总体思路是:高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,进一步解放思想,转变观念,抓好机遇,找准路子,以建立城乡社会保障体系为重点,加强基层政权建设,搞好便民利民服务,提高民政工作总体水平,推动民政事业的全面发展,为促进自治区社会稳定经济发展作出新的贡献。
Since the 15th National Congress of the CPC, the reform and opening up in all aspects of politics, economy and culture have been further intensified. This has once again provided another opportunity for civil affairs work. In view of the problems existing in the work, seize the opportunity and speed up the reform, we can push the development of civil affairs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to a new stage. In the future, the general mentality of reform and development of civil affairs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is to hold high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory, further emancipate the mind, change concepts, grasp opportunities and find ways to focus on building a social security system in urban and rural areas, strengthen the building of grassroots political power and do well Serve the people and the people, raise the general level of civil affairs work, promote the all-round development of civil affairs, and make new contributions to promoting the social stability and economic development in the autonomous region.
