基层医院目前病案室人员少,综合型病案管理人才缺乏,难于适应新形势下病案管理的需求。我院在应用医院统计病案系统软件的基础上通过病案、医疗统计工作的整合,合理分工,协调发展,达到重分科、大综合整合管理信息过程,保证病案管理工作程序正常运转,逐渐适应现代科技应用要求,取得了一定的成效。
Grass-roots hospitals currently have fewer personnel in the medical record room and lack of comprehensive medical record management personnel, which makes it difficult to adapt to the needs of medical record management under the new situation. On the basis of applying the hospital’s statistical case record system software, the hospital integrates the medical records and medical statistics work, divides the work reasonably, and coordinates development, achieving a centralized and integrated management information process, ensuring the normal operation of the medical record management program and gradually adapting to modern technology. Application requirements have achieved certain results.
