引言随着经济的快速发展和技术的突飞猛进,公共秩序安全、生产安全、财产安全等越来越受到人们的重视,视频监控设备被广泛地被应用在各行业领域。传统的模拟监控系统已经不能满足政府“平安城市”、金融系统、高等教育、监管、监狱、文博等行业对安防的需求。网络化、智能化、数字化、远程化特点的网络视频监控系统则成为新的应用趋势,并形成一个高效、安全、先进的网络视频监控体系。
INTRODUCTION With the rapid economic development and rapid technological advancement, public order safety, production safety and property safety are increasingly valued by people. Video surveillance equipment is widely used in various industries. The traditional analog monitoring system can no longer meet the security requirements of the government, such as “Safe City”, financial system, higher education, regulation, prisons, Wen Bo and other industries. Networked, intelligent, digital, remote features of the network video surveillance system has become a new application trend, and form an efficient, safe, advanced network video surveillance system.
