继过去三年连续发布中国上市公司投资者保护指数受到业界关注后,北京工商大学今年再度发布该指数直指投资者保护水平持续下滑。9月18日,北京工商大学发布2013上市公司会计投资者保护指数(下称,保护指数)时称,2013年保护指数均值为54.06分,同比2012年降低0.45分,同比2011年降低0.66分,连续四年保护程度呈缓慢下降态势。值得注意的是,沪市主板保护程度最低。对于上市公司投资者保护水平连续四年下滑的原因,北京工商大学副校长、项目负责人谢志华教授认为,受后金融危机影响,过度投资带来的遗留问题导致企业成长能力低
