目的:探讨助产士分级授权管理在减少初产妇母婴不良事件中的应用效果及意义。方法:选取温州市中心医院413例产妇作为研究对象,实施助产士分级授权管理的206例为观察组,实施常规护理管理的200例为对照组,分析比较各组母婴不良事件发生情况及管理效果的差异。结果:观察组产妇及新生儿的不良事件发生率均少于对照组,观察组产妇各项满意评分均高于对照组,P<0.05,上述差异均有显著性意义。结论:实施助产士分级授权管理可有效指导产妇分娩,减少母婴不良事件,促进护患关系融洽。
Objective: To explore the effect and significance of midwifery graded authorization management in reducing the adverse events of maternal and infant primipara. Methods: A total of 413 maternal mothers in Wenzhou Central Hospital were selected as the research object. 206 cases of midwifery graded authorization management were taken as observation group and 200 cases of routine nursing management as control group. The occurrence and management of maternal and infant adverse events in each group were compared The difference. Results: The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was less than that in the control group. All the satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). All these differences were significant. Conclusion: The implementation of graded authorization management of midwives can effectively guide maternal delivery, reduce maternal and child adverse events and promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
