由于自动洗像机结构较为复杂,使用不当经常出现传递失灵、烘干不全、胶片污染、对比度不良等问题。现将我科在使用意大利S-4型X线自动洗像机6年中的点滴经验介绍如下: 1.传动不稳或“卡片”常见原因有:①使用了单层药膜及宽边小于7时的胶片或因胶片放置不正而发生“卡片”;②控制传动指示开关、胶片转换开关、舌簧片开关失灵;③传动转轴、轴承、传动齿轮与传动链条或烘干传带运行不正常;④传动转轴与传动轴座架不垂直或压力垫圈损坏;⑤导轨防护罩歪斜使胶片不能通过;⑥导向开关与磁铁间隙未调至1.6～
As the automatic washing machine structure is more complex, improper use of transmission often fails, incomplete drying, film pollution, poor contrast and other issues. Now our department in the use of Italy S-4 X-line automatic washing machine in six years of experience in the following introduction: 1.
