长膜壳绦虫(Hymenolepis diminuta)是一种常见的鼠体绦虫,人体感染在我国较少报导。我们在进行寄生虫病防治和临床工作中,曾发现八例本虫的人体感染,兹报告于下。 1959年12月,我们在吴县陆墓人民公社进行血吸虫病防治研究中,从一14岁男学生的粪便中查到长膜绦虫卵。
Hymenolepis diminuta is a common mouse tapeworm, human infection is less reported in our country. In the prevention and treatment of parasites and clinical work, we found eight human infections of this insect, which are reported below. In December 1959, we conducted a schistosomiasis control study in the Landsat County People’s Commune in Wuxian County. The tapeworm eggs were found in the stool of a 14-year-old male student.
