去年,我们承接了湖州市汽运总公司一住宅工程,据规划要求,该工程在原四层住宅的两侧拼接一六层住宅单元。 新建住宅地基较差,表层为0.8m的杂填土,以下为2.2m深的素土层及深厚淤泥质粘土层(钻探未揭穿)。 原住宅为片筏基础,外山墙轴线至片筏基础边缘为1.2m,原住宅上部结构为砖混结构。我们在设计施工时采用了以下方案:
Last year, we undertook a residential project of Huzhou City Automobile Transportation Corporation. According to planning requirements, the project spliced six-storey residential units on both sides of the original four-story house. The newly-built residential buildings are poorly grounded, with 0.8m surface of miscellaneous fill. The following are 2.2m deep plains and deep silty clay (drilling is not exposed). The original dwellings are based on a piece of concrete, with the outer gable axis to the base edge of the piece of concrete being 1.2m. The original residential superstructure is a brick-concrete structure. We have adopted the following solutions when designing and constructing:
