取成人颅骨标本366例(男266例,女100例),对与阻滞上颌神经有关的腭大孔、翼腭管进行了观察,并就有关应用问题作了探讨:腭大孔的位置可以孔与腭中缝、与牙槽突内缘中点的距离及孔与牙槽突内缘中点连线与中线夹角三项数据中的任何两项来予以确定。 膜大孔至圆孔下缘的距离加上硬腭粘膜厚度.即为阻滞麻醉时的穿刺深度。并提出一种简单易行的确定进针方位的方法。
A total of 366 adult skull specimens (266 males and 100 females) were taken for observation of the large palatal foramen and palatal palate, which are related to the maxillary nerve block. The applications of the large palatal foramen were also discussed.
