我校近几年来各班存在着一个較为普遍的問題:学生成績优劣悬殊。以二年級的五个班来說,学生262人,共中优等成績的50人,占总数19%,中等成績的159人,占60.6%,下等成績的53人,占21%。下等生不仅所占比例大,而且成績落后很远。在一个班級里,学生程度存在着上、中、下的差异,应該說是正常的現象。但是悬殊过大,就給教学工作带来許多困难。上半年我們得到县文教局的同意,决定作一次按成績編班的尝試。我們的工作是这样进行的: 1.統一教师认識,調动教师的积极性。
In our school in recent years, there is a more common problem in all classes: the students’ performance is very poor. For the second grade of five classes, there are 262 students, 50 of whom have a total score of excellence, accounting for 19% of the total. There are 159 middle-grade students, accounting for 60.6%. Fifty-three of the students have a second grade, accounting for 21%. Undergraduates not only accounted for a large proportion, and the results are far behind. In a class, there are differences in the upper, middle and lower levels of students, which should be said to be normal. However, the disparity is too large, giving many difficulties to teaching. In the first half of the year, we received the consent of the County Culture and Education Bureau and decided to make a grade-based attempt. Our work is carried out in this way: 1. Unify teacher awareness, mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers.
