Approved by the China Institute of Electronic Education, the former Electronic Technical Education Association, Electronic Technology Education Association and Vocational Education Textbook Committee merged to set up professional technology education branch. After careful preparation, vocational and technical education branch was established in November 7, 2003 to 9 in Wuhan Vocational and Technical College.
