自从本世纪五十年代初发现二茂铁的芳香性以后,关于酰基二茂铁的制备已有文献记载.但有关1,1′-不同酰基取代二茂铁衍生物合成的报道很少.本文对乙酰基二茂铁进行卤代苯甲酰化,得到二酰基化合物1—6和两分子乙酰基二茂铁的缩合物7.正十六酰基二茂铁进行乙酰化和苯甲酰化得到二酰基化合物8和9.1—6,8和9均未见文献报道.这类化合物的合成及其波谱研究,对于系统地探讨具有特殊夹心结构的二茂铁及其衍生物的物理和化学性能有重要的意义.
Since the discovery of the aromaticity of ferrocene in the early 1950s, the preparation of acylferrocenes has been documented, but few reports have been reported on the synthesis of 1,1’-different acyl-substituted ferrocene derivatives. Halogenobenzoylation of acetylferrocene gives the condensate of diacyl compound 1-6 and two molecules of acetylferrocene 7. Acetylation and benzoylation of n-hexadecanoylferrocene gives Diacyl compounds 8 and 9.1-6, 8 and 9 have not been reported in the literature.Synthesis and spectroscopic studies of these compounds are of great interest in systematically exploring the physical and chemical properties of ferrocene and its derivatives with special sandwich structures Significance.
