切沟形成初期 ,对公路并不形成破坏或威胁 ,但若置之不理 ,随着其不断发展扩大 ,会给公路带来致命的水毁破坏。因此 ,为防患于未然 ,一方面 ,要摸清切沟的产生与发展规律 ,以确定合适的治理措施 ;另一方面 ,为做到眼前效果与长期效果兼顾 ,应将工程措施与生物措施结合使用 ,方能做到既治标又治本。
