目的探讨多种超声技术与X线钼靶联合诊断乳腺癌的临床价值。方法选取2015年7月至2016年6月临床触及乳腺肿块的158例患者作为研究对象,对所有患者进行常规超声、超声弹性成像、X线钼靶3种技术单独及不同联合诊断,并与手术病理诊断结果进行比较,分析这3种诊断技术的影像学特征,及3种技术单独使用及联合使用时诊断的准确性。结果 158例患者共计182个病灶,其中恶性123个,良性59个;常规超声+超声弹性成像+X线钼靶诊断结果与病理诊断结果符合率为96.15%,明显高于各单项检查诊断符合率(P均<0.01),且略高于常规超声+超声弹性成像以及常规超声+X线钼靶诊断符合率,但差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论常规超声、超声弹性成像、X线钼靶在乳腺癌的诊断中各具优势,3种技术联合使用可有效提高乳腺癌诊断符合率。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of multiple ultrasonography and mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods A total of 158 patients with clinical breast masses were selected from July 2015 to June 2016. All the patients were diagnosed by conventional ultrasound, ultrasound elastography and X-ray mammography separately and in combination with surgery Pathological diagnosis results were compared and analyzed the imaging features of the three diagnostic techniques, and three kinds of technology alone and in combination when used to diagnose the accuracy. Results A total of 182 lesions of 158 patients were included, of which 123 were malignant and 59 were benign. The coincidence rate of conventional ultrasound + ultrasound elastography + mammography and pathology was 96.15%, which was significantly higher than the coincidence rate (P <0.01), and was slightly higher than that of conventional ultrasound + ultrasound elastography and routine ultrasound + X-ray mammography, but the difference was not statistically significant (all P> 0.05). Conclusion Conventional ultrasound, ultrasound elastography, X-ray molybdenum target in the diagnosis of breast cancer have their own advantages, the combination of three kinds of techniques can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer.
