廉洁风险防控工作是有效预防腐败的切入点,对于建设适合国有企业特点的惩治和预防腐败体系具有积极作用。近几年来,中铁置业集团公司纪委积极探索国有企业廉洁风险防控体系建设,并从实践中归纳提炼出加强国有企业廉洁风险防控的“四步棋”。排查工作到位加强廉洁风险防控,首先要把准权力运行的脉搏,找准定实廉洁风险,唯此才能有针对性地采取措施予以防控。
The prevention and control of clean risks is the starting point for effective prevention of corruption and plays a positive role in building a system of punishment and prevention of corruption that suits the characteristics of state-owned enterprises. In recent years, the Commission for Discipline Inspection of China Railway Real Estate Group Corporation has actively explored the construction of a clean prevention and control system for state-owned enterprises, and has summarized and refined the “four-step move” in strengthening the prevention and control of corruption risks in state-owned enterprises. In order to strengthen the prevention and control of cleanliness risks, we must first of all put the pulse of quasi-power operation to a firm and clean risk, and only then can we take targeted measures to prevent and control it.
