本文讨论易测性设计基础。在摆出为什么要测试的理由时,我们将要对测试进行一个简短的叙述。文中详细地讨论了各种易测性设计方法,其中有些方法可应用于当今的各种技术中。这些方法有的最近已经采用了,有的也将不久出现于新的设计之中。
This article discusses the basis of testability design. In setting out the reasons why we should test, we will have a short description of the test. Various testability design methods are discussed in detail in this paper, and some of them are applicable to today’s various technologies. Some of these methods have recently been adopted, and some will soon appear in new designs.
