服务地方经济是高职教育的使命,在当今知识经济的大时代,通过专利建设来导航企业,打造自己的自主品牌以提高企业的核心竞争力的理念逐渐在深入企业经营者的脑海中。近些年来苏州地区的专利申请量和授权量的急剧增加彰显出苏州地区需要大量的专利工作人才。本文提出了在高职院校培养知识产权人才的观点,并且提出采取“底层共享、高层独立”的“工、法融和”的培养模式以及基于企业专利建设过程来设置课程体系,以满足地区的创新经济发展对知识产权服务型人才的需要。

In today’s era of knowledge-based economy, the idea of navigating enterprises through patent construction and building their own brands to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises gradually goes deeper into the minds of business operators. In recent years, the sharp increase of the number of patent applications and authorizations in Suzhou shows that a large number of patent professionals are required in Suzhou. This paper puts forward the viewpoint of cultivating talents of intellectual property in higher vocational colleges and puts forward the mode of cultivating “work, law and financial cooperation” and “setting up curriculum system based on enterprise patent construction process” In order to meet the needs of intellectual property service personnel in the innovative economic development in the region.
