我国的金融体制,近年来在改革中取得了新进展。然而,按照商品经济(其实是市场经济)的要求还相差甚远。我何认为,对金融体改目标模式需要重新研究。我们的见解是,金融体改的目标模式应是:多元化、市场化、国际化、企业化(以下简称“金融体改新模式”),而中心是市场化。下面,我们从三个方面申述自己的见解。一、金融体改模式的要点是实现“十大转变”金融体改新模式的中心,是金融体制的市场化。为实现这一目标,大体上要完成如下“十大转变”。
Our financial system has made new progress in the reform in recent years. However, according to the requirements of the commodity economy (in fact, a market economy), there is still a long way to go. In my opinion, the target model of financial restructuring needs to be re-studied. Our opinion is that the target model for financial restructuring should be: diversification, marketization, internationalization and entrepreneurship (hereinafter referred to as the “new model of financial reform”) while the center is marketization. Below, we represent our own opinions in three aspects. First, the key point of the financial system reform model is to realize the “ten major changes” financial system reform center, is the financial system of the market.
