目的探讨低GI膳食指导在维吾尔族社区人群糖尿病防治中的作用。方法选择符合条件的80名糖尿病患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组以GI知识作为主要教育内容;对照组以食物交换份法和平衡膳食教育为主。通过社区集中授课、小课堂实物演示、门诊和电话咨询等方式,进行社区健康教育和膳食指导6个月,以患者的生化指标为研究指标,观察教育前后的变化。结果与教育前和同期对照组相比,试验组教育后FPG、2hPBG、TG值显著降低。对照组教育前后各指标变化未见统计学差异。结论在社区糖尿病防治工作中进行低GI膳食指导,可有效地控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of low GI dietary guidance on prevention and treatment of diabetes in Uygur community. Methods 80 eligible patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group with GI knowledge as the main education content; control group food exchange method and balanced diet education. Community health education and dietary guidance were conducted for six months through community-based lectures, in-class presentations in small classes, outpatient consultations and telephone counseling. The biochemical indicators of patients were used as research indicators to observe the changes before and after education. Results Compared with pre-education and contemporaneous control group, FPG, 2h PBG and TG in experimental group decreased significantly. There was no significant difference in each index before and after education in the control group. Conclusion Low GI diet guidance in the prevention and treatment of community diabetes can effectively control blood sugar and blood lipid level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
