将杂多化合物与具有“氧溢流”效应的α-Sb_2O_4混合制备的催化剂,在叔丁醇(异丁烯)一步 选择氧化过程中,甲基丙烯酸为主要产物.经优化催化剂制备和反应条件后,甲基丙烯酸和甲基 丙烯醛总收率在75%以上,其中甲基丙烯酸收率达50%,有工业应用前景.采用DTA、IR、XRD 等方法对催化剂的组成与性质、物相结构进行了表征,考察了制备条件对催化剂活性的影响.
Methacrylic acid is the main product in the one-step selective oxidation of tert-butanol (isobutylene), which is prepared by mixing heteropoly compounds with α-Sb 2 O 4 with “oxygen overflow” effect. After optimized catalyst preparation and reaction conditions, the total yield of methacrylic acid and methacrolein is over 75%, among which the yield of methacrylic acid is up to 50%, which has the industrial application prospect. The composition, properties and phase structure of the catalysts were characterized by DTA, IR and XRD. The effects of preparation conditions on the catalyst activity were investigated.
