近年来,台商投资势头方兴未艾。随着对外开放的扩大,两岸经贸往来将更为广泛。在整个外向型经济中,台资企业举足轻重的地位将愈益明显。我们结合常熟市的实际情况谈一些粗浅的看法。一、现状常熟市引进台资、建办台商投资企业起步于1988年。至1991年底,全市建办台资企业27家,占外商投资企业总数的20%;总投资6362.5万美元,合同外资2737万美元,分别占全市相关数的34.2%和37.5%。其中14家台资企业已投产开业,绝大部分企业生产正常,运行有序,发展势头良好。今年1—3月,又建成2家台资企业,其中独资1家。
In recent years, the investment momentum of Taiwanese businesses is still in the ascendant. With the expansion of opening up, cross-strait economic and trade exchanges will be more extensive. In the entire export-oriented economy, Taiwan-funded enterprises will play an increasingly important role. We talk about some superficial views in light of the actual situation in Changshu. I. Current situation Changshu City introduced Taiwanese capital and established Taiwanese investment companies starting in 1988. By the end of 1991, the city had established 27 Taiwan-funded enterprises, which accounted for 20% of the total number of foreign-invested enterprises; the total investment was 63.623 million US dollars and the contracted foreign capital was 27.37 million US dollars, which accounted for 34.2% and 37.5% of the relevant number in the city. Among them, 14 Taiwan-funded enterprises have already started production and operations, and most of them have normal production, orderly operations and good development momentum. From January to March this year, two Taiwan-funded enterprises were established, of which one was solely funded.
