技工院校是我国职业教育的一个重要的组成部分。它是以市场为导向;服务于经济建设为目标;培养技能型人才为内容;实行再就业为目的的一个教育机构。由于种种原因,技工院校目前学生招生难、学生管理难,已经成为不争的事实,新时期如何加强技工院校学生管理,已经成为技工院校的重要课题。本人就这些问题提出一些自己的看法和建议。
Technical college is an important part of vocational education in our country. It is an educational institution that is market-oriented, serves the goal of economic construction, cultivates skilled personnel, and implements re-employment. Due to various reasons, it has become an indisputable fact that the current enrollment of students in engineering institutes is difficult and the management of students is difficult. How to strengthen the management of students in technical schools in the new era has become an important issue for technical institutes of higher learning. I personally put forward my own views and suggestions on these issues.
