流动设备防灾减灾效益巨大,是“千里淮河洼地、八百里皖江圩区”城镇防洪保安、居民生命财产安全的重要保障,是全省农业发展和维护社会稳定的重要基础设施。本文通过分析安徽省机电排灌总站流动设备调度现状和存在的问题,提出了进一步加强流动设备调度的建议和对策。
Mobile equipment disaster prevention and mitigation benefits are huge, “thousands of miles Huaihe depression, Wanli Wan polder ” urban flood control security, residents life and property safety important guarantee is the province’s agricultural development and maintaining social stability as an important infrastructure. Based on the analysis of current situation and existing problems of mobile equipment dispatching in mechanical and electrical stations in Anhui Province, this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to further enhance the scheduling of mobile equipment.
