今年四月是著名剧作家宋之的同志的七十诞辰,也是他逝世二十八周年。为了纪念这位优秀无产阶级文艺战士,四月六日,总政文化部、中国作家协会和中国戏剧家协会,在北京新侨饭店联合举办宋之的同志诞辰七十周年座谈会。有关领导及文艺界人士夏衍、冯牧、陈荒煤、刘白羽、司徒慧敏、艾青、张光年、魏传统、马彦祥、刘厚生等一百多人出席了会议。宋之的同志出生于河北一个农民家庭,早年从事进步文化运动,一生创作了大量的剧本、散文、报告文学等作品,有散文《一九三六年春在太原》、话剧《雾重庆》、《武则天》、《群猴》、
This April is the seventieth birthday of comrade Song Zhi, a famous playwright, and the 28th anniversary of his death. To commemorate this excellent proletarian literary and art warrior, on April 6, the General Political Department, the Chinese Writers Association and the Chinese Dramatists Association held a symposium on the 70th anniversary of Comrade Song Zhi at the Beijing Xin Qiao Hotel. More than 100 leaders and literary and art circles Xia Yan, Feng Mu, Chen Long coal, Liu Baiyu, Situ Huimin, Ai Qing, Zhang Guangnian, Wei Tongtong, Ma Yanxiang and Liu Housheng attended the meeting.
