本文介绍一种由微机控制的电接触微孔自动测量方法。该方法消除了因人的操作而引起的不稳定因素,并因电接触减小了测量接触压力,是一种可测量微小盲孔的测量方法。
This article describes a microcomputer-controlled automatic measurement of electrical contact micropore. This method eliminates the instability caused by human operation and reduces the measurement of contact pressure due to electrical contact. It is a measurement method that can measure tiny blind holes.
