王石浸淫美国多年的效果终于显现,在此前中国地产商难以进入的美国地产项目开发领域迈出一步——一个位于旧金山市的高层公寓项目。开发方是万科和美国铁狮门共同成立的合资公司。不久前,在纽约哥伦比亚大学的一个中国商界会议上,王石说因为不少万科的客户移民海外,其中30%选择北美,所以万科也会跟随他们进军北美。加拿大,这也许是万科的下一步。
