在北京,TOWN HOUSE 的出现正好迎合了买卖双方的市场需求。从买房人的角度看,一方面渴求接触自然、希望改善居住环境的人,把 TOWN HOUSE 作为第一居所。有人为住 TOWN HOUSE,竟然退掉了精心挑选的城里的公寓。另一方面,也有些人住在城里的公寓,并选择 TOWN HOUSE作为第二居所以做度假之用。
In Beijing, the emergence of TOWN HOUSE just catered to the market demand of buyers and sellers.
