HDBR-125/4型泵是从西德引进的高温高压油泵。输送介质为减压渣油,操作温度400℃,流量Q=180米~8/小时,扬程H=604米。泵的结构采用四级分段式,两端采用滑动轴承支承,平衡轴向推力采用平衡鼓和分块式的止推轴承联合装置,轴封采用金属波纹管式的机械密封。波纹管自由长度88毫米,外圆直径100毫米,内孔直径80毫米;最大压缩量6毫米,波纹管比压1.22公斤/厘米~2,动环采用堆焊硬质合金,静环为石墨,静环密封圈采用矩形柔性石墨。整个泵结构紧凑,小巧玲珑。
