我们在进行CAXA制造上的功能研究中,对于复杂曲面的工艺加工中,主要面对的问题就是零件的数控编程问题。而在进行数控编程的过程中,在选择参数的设置上,也主要针对曲面的刀具路径进行轨迹的掌握,对于提高曲面的自动编程和数控加工方面,都能够极大的提高其生产的效率。
In our research on the function of manufacturing CAXA, the main problem we face in the process of machining complex surfaces is the part of NC programming. In the process of NC programming, the choice of parameters in the setting, but also mainly for the trajectory of the tool path to grasp the trajectory for the automatic programming and CNC machining, can greatly improve the efficiency of their production.
