台湾“建教合作”的兴起与合作形式 “建教合作”是指教育机构、学校与企业相互合作,实施教育与训练,培养应用型人才的一种职业技术教育教学方式。这一方式已在许多国家推广。台湾的“建教合作”的出现始于1954年。当时的台湾正处于经济复苏阶段,急需生产第一线应用人才。正是在这一背景下,台湾教育当局颁布了《建教合作实施方案》,专门成立了建教合作委员会,负责“建教合作”的设计与推行。 “建教合作”如今已在台湾省职业学校、专科学校及大学院校得到推广,合作形式也呈多样化,可分为实习式、轮调式、阶梯式、委托式、进修式等。一般大专院校以研究式、进修式为主,中等职业教育则以轮调式、阶梯式为主;尤以轮调式建教合作班推行范围最广,办得最有成效。本文对台湾“建教合作”的分析主要着重这一合作形式。

This approach has been promoted in many countries. The emergence of Taiwan’s “building-teaching cooperation” began in 1954. At that time, Taiwan was in the stage of economic recovery and was in urgent need of producing first-line application talents. It is against this background that Taiwan’s education authorities have promulgated the “Program for the Cooperation and Development of Construction Teams for Education and Teaching” and set up a special cooperation committee for construction and education, which is responsible for the design and implementation of “cooperative education”. “Building Education Cooperation” has now been promoted in vocational schools, technical colleges and universities and colleges in Taiwan Province. The forms of cooperation are diversified and can be divided into internship, rotation, ladder, commissioning and advanced studies. General colleges and universities to research-based, progressive-based, secondary vocational education is the wheel-style, ladder-based; especially the wheel building training classes to implement the most extensive and do the most fruitful. The analysis of Taiwan’s “cooperation in construction” mainly focuses on this form of cooperation.
