目的了解雾化管污染状况。方法随机抽取病房使用的雾化管60个,并在消毒前后各采样60份,送检进行细菌培养。结果未消毒前所监测的60个雾化管共检出细菌2 782 cfu/cm2,共计11种细菌,检出32例次,雾化管培养阳性细菌构成比为53.3%。雾化管消毒前后菌落数比较,经统计学分析,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论雾化管的污染情况较严重,应引起重视,加强雾化管的消毒管理工作。雾化管最好一次性使用,或每次使用后用0.2%速消净浸泡再次使用。
Objective To understand the situation of atomization tube pollution. Methods Sixty nebulization tubes were randomly selected from ward and 60 samples were taken before and after disinfection. The samples were submitted for bacterial culture. Results A total of 2 782 cfu / cm2 of bacteria were detected in 60 nebulized tubes before disinfection. A total of 11 bacteria were detected in 32 nebulized tubes. The positive rate of bacteria cultured in nebulizer tube was 53.3%. The number of colonies before and after nebulization tube was compared by statistical analysis, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The pollution of the atomization tube is more serious, which should be paid more attention to and strengthen the disinfection management of the atomization tube. The best one-time use of the atomization tube, or after each use with 0.2% speed net soaked re-use.
