当今,生物科学的飞速发展,植物激素已广泛地应用于生物科学研究和农业生产实践中。如用乙烯利转变黄瓜花芽性别,2、4—D促进番茄果实生长和防止在低温下落花落果,用赤霉素(GA,)打破种子休眠,促进种子萌发,以及用植物激素克服萝卜的自交不亲和性等。这些研究结果的广泛应用取得了很大的经济效益。然而,多种外源植物激素处理黄瓜幼果,促进果实生长的研究,目前尚未见报道。本试验的目的是探讨用几种外源植物激素处理黄瓜幼果后对其生长发育的影响,旨在找出对黄瓜果实生长有促进作用的激素种类及其最佳浓度,以便提高产量,更进一步提高栽培黄瓜的经济效益。
