应用免疫组织化学(SP)方法研究了14例正常前列腺、56例前列腺增生和33例前列腺癌组织中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达。结果显示,EGFR分布于上皮细胞;前列腺癌和增生组织中EGFR阳性率分别为939%和875%,均明显高于正常前列腺571%;EGFR表达与癌细胞分化程度有关,各病理分期中EGFR表达也有差别。提示EGFR与前列腺增生及癌变的发生有关,可作前列腺癌生物学行为的判断指标。
Immunohistochemistry (SP) was used to study the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in 14 cases of normal prostate, 56 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and 33 cases of prostate cancer. The results showed that EGFR was distributed in epithelial cells. The positive rates of EGFR in prostate cancer and hyperplastic tissues were 939% and 875%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal prostate (571%). EGFR expression was related to the degree of cancer cell differentiation, EGFR expression in each pathological stage is also different. Tip EGFR and benign prostatic hyperplasia and cancer related to the biological behavior of prostate cancer can be used as a judge.
