本文提出了以负荷特性为依据,对发动机在试验的大气条件下进行功率标定、功率修正和高压油泵油量标定的方法。并在油耗线法基础上建立了数学关系式,从而不仅可以对整个负荷特性进行恰当的修正,而且由于摆脱了油耗线法的局限,也可以应用于发动机任何工况的大气修正,克服了国标GB1105—74用定值C、β和估计值η_(m0)来修正所有工况的缺陷。
In this paper, a method of calibrating the power of the engine under the test atmospheric conditions based on the load characteristics, and calibrating the power and calibrating the high pressure oil pump is proposed. And based on the fuel consumption method, a mathematical relation is established so that not only the entire load characteristic can be properly corrected, but also can be applied to the atmospheric correction in any working condition of the engine due to the limitation of the fuel consumption method, GB1105-74 fixed value C, β and estimated value η_ (m0) to correct the defects of all conditions.
