组工文化是组工干部在长期工作实践中形成的思想观念、价值标准、行为准则、管理制度、工作环境等诸多因素的综合体。在全面建设小康社会的新形势下,加强组工文化建设,对于形成组工干部共同的价值观念,推动组织部门自身建设具有重大而深远的现实意义。在日常工作中我们着重从以下几个方面加强组工文化建设。
The group work culture is a combination of ideological concepts, values, codes of conduct, management systems and work environment formed by long-term work practices of group work cadres. Under the new situation of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, strengthening the construction of group work culture is of great and far-reaching practical significance for forming common values of group work cadres and for promoting the self-construction of organizational departments. In our daily work we focus on strengthening the group work culture construction from the following aspects.
